By participating in any event organised by the PBWA, you agree to the following terms and conditions: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.RISK: You hereby accept that the Organiser does not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury whatsoever resulting from any Event risks or dangers.

2. NO EVENT INSURANCE: You accept that the Organiser has made it clear to you in advance of the Event that no insurance will be provided.

3. Under 18s will be supervised by their parents.
4.MEDICAL/FITNESS: You hereby declare that you are physically fit and healthy enough to take part in the Event and any of its

advertised activities
5. GENERAL RULE: You are expected at all times to show respect for the environment, Organiser, local communities, other

recreational users, and other participants. Ignorance of these rules and regulations shall be regarded as no excuse and failure to

comply with these rules and regulations may lead to penalties or disqualification from the Event.
6.TERMINATION: Unless you have a valid reason, your participation rights can be terminated if you do not attend an Event you

registered for for four consecutive weeks without contacting the Organiser.
7. FILM AND PHOTOGRAPHY RIGHTS: By participating in the Event you consent to being photographed and/or to be included in

the filming of imagery recording the Event and/or to be included in sound recordings of the Event. You hereby waive any and all rights of publicity or privacy and hereby grant to the Organiser the sole, complete, unrestricted and unlimited permission and authority to utilise and exploit free of charge your appearance in the Event in any and all manners, forms and media throughout the world in perpetuity without the need for any further approvals from you.

8.CLOTHING: The participant should dress appropriately for the type of Event and for the conditions. The Organiser will accept no liability whatsoever for any Participant who suffers injury or loss as a result of the wearing of inappropriate clothing or footwear.

9.CANCELLATION: An event may be cancelled by the Organiser under any circumstances without prior notice. 10.PARTICIPANTS: In case of over-registration, the Organiser has the right to choose participants from those who registered.

11. EVENT FEE: The event is free, but we may charge a nominal registration fee later to cover the admin costs.
